What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges are accepted after the items have been mailed, as each product's profits will go towards charity and are fulfilled by a third party company. If there are serious defects in the product or damage was sustained during mailing, they will be judged on a case by case basis to determine if a monetary refund is possible.
